COMMISSION INFORMATION

T.O.S.

In order to apply for a commission you'll need to fill out the submission form with all needed information! Do not leave spots blank, or state "will add later" in any of the fields, or state that you have references but do not provide them— all information must be filled out fully in order to qualify. Photo references are preferred, however written ones are accepted as well. No form with any AI content within it will be accepted. If you have anything particular in mind, please be clear about what you are looking for, it makes it easier for me and will allow things to move smoothly along.I will not take requests that ask to mimic another artist’s style, and will decline those that fall outside of the stylized work I produce.I’m not able to reply to every commission application I receive — emails will only be sent out to those who are selected. Filling out the commission form does not always guarantee you a spot. Commissions are not first-come first-serve.Paypal is the only acceptable form of payment, and all pricing is in USD. Payment is due upfront, and I will send you a paypal invoice once I've accepted your commission and initial correspondence has occurred to confirm everything! Tipping is greatly appreciated, but not necessary. For tips, I do use Ko-Fi, or you have the option to add it onto the paypal invoice as well.Through the process, you'll be updated with progress shots at various points, along with a final WIP of the finished piece as well. Major changes are welcome during the first stages, while the latter is available for any small details that are out of place for your character. There is a limit of three revisions allowed during each stage for the purchased commission. Once all is finished, and the final piece is reviewed and confirmed as finished, you'll receive the final files of the piece.Refunds, due to reasons on either side, are available in full before the first WIP is sent out. If one is requested afterwards, then a refund can be requested for half of the total amount. If for any reason I cannot finish the work due to any issue, you will receive a refund in full no matter the stage. I also retain the right to cancel the commission for personal reasons and issue a full refund, no matter the stage, at any time.Times may vary! It depends on the size of the commission, complexity, if there's any changes or alterations requested at any stage, and if there are any delays in communication. Typically the turnaround time will be around four weeks, beginning at the start of the commission (which may vary from the date of initial correspondence)! If, for any reason, that time is expected to be longer, you'll be notified and updated accordingly.I do have the right to use finished pieces for portfolios, online galleries, art and commission advertising, however I will never claim your characters as my own or redistribute them in any fashion.Any commissions are final sales, and are not to be resold at later times for any sort of currency whatsoever. Any and all work may not be minted or sold as NFTs, and may not be used for any sort of generative AI training.
